These no-bake bites make a very satisfying healthy snack or breakfast on the go. Grab them as a pre or post-workout snack….or whenever you need a boost of energy!
NO-BAKE CHICKPEA FLOUR PROTEIN BLISS BALLS
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/2 cup Chickpeas flour
1/2 cup Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup Almond flour
8-10 Dates (pitted)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter (unsalted)
Coconut powder (optional)
How to Cook:
Dry roast the chickpea flour until light brown. Let it cool down for a bit. Add melted coconut oil, flaxseed meal, almond flour, protein powder, and dates to the chickpea flour and mix well. Use a cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls. Optional Once all the balls are made, then roll them in coconut. Store these bites in an airtight container.
