EASY PEASY MELON SORBET

Here’s a beautiful frozen treat from @fullbloomkitchen for a beautiful weekend! This frozen delight contains just fruit and sugar and no dairy. It’s incredibly easy to make at home.


EASY PEASY MELON SORBET

Ingredients:

  1. Cantaloupe

  2. Agave/maple syrup/sugar dissolved in water

  3. Lemon juice

  4. Pinch of salt

  5. Fresh mint leaves

How to cook:

Purée the melon with the agave/maple syrup/sugared water. Freeze for at least 2 hours to overnight. Remove the frozen melon mixture and purée in a blender for about 15-20 seconds until smooth. Serve with mint leaves.
