EASY PEASY MELON SORBET
Agave/maple syrup/sugar dissolved in water
Pinch of salt
Fresh mint leaves
How to cook:
Purée the melon with the agave/maple syrup/sugared water. Freeze for at least 2 hours to overnight. Remove the frozen melon mixture and purée in a blender for about 15-20 seconds until smooth. Serve with mint leaves.
