BANANA NUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh/frozen bananas

  2. Milk of your choice

  3. Almonds and walnuts (soaked in water overnight)

  4. Cinnamon powder

How to make:

Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy! There you have a healthy breakfast or dessert 😋
